I am Comrade Olalere Benedict Adetunji, popularly known as BenedictXL — a passionate student and youth leader with over a decade of service in advocacy, representation, and nation-building across Nigeria’s student movement and beyond.

About Comrade Olalere Benedict Adetunji

Comrade Olalere Benedict Adetunji, fondly called BenedictXL across Nigeria’s student movement. Known for his dedication to advocacy, representation, and nation-building, he has consistently demonstrated visionary leadership, uniting young people for progressive causes.

His journey began in 2010 as Sports Director, NANS JCC Ogun State Axis, where he promoted student unity through sports diplomacy. He rose to become Assistant Secretary General of NAPS in 2015 and later President (2019–2021), championing reforms and student rights nationwide.

Beyond unionism, Benedict founded the Patriotism Now Movement in 2023, a civic platform advancing unity, responsible leadership, and youth participation in governance. In 2024, he was elected President of the National Association of Oduduwa Students (NAOS), where he continues to inspire cultural pride and student development.
